Set up a metal mixing bowl with the whisk attachment. Add the heavy cream and whip until fluffy and peaks have formed. Add in salt and vanilla extract. Whip until combined.
With a spatula, gently fold in condensed milk. Take care to not over mix as the peaks will flatten and the cream will melt.
In a metal loaf pan or container, add about a 1/4 inch layer of the whipped mixture. Layer on a thin spread of the hot fudge topping, marshmallows, and broken graham cracker pieces.
Repeat this layering process of whipped cream, hot fudge, marshmallows, and graham crackers 3-4 more times, depending on how thick the mix-in layers are.
Cover the pan tightly and place in freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, scoop out and serve! Feel free to top with additional hot fudge or graham crackers.
